Ravassa recently completed a small addition and remodel of our Florida Room, including new construction and a new flat roof. They also replaced the roof on our entire home. Their team was highly responsive and professional throughout, addressing all our questions and concerns. As first-timers, we really appreciated their transparency and guidance. They helped coordinate design/engineering changes with our drafting company and expertly guided us through the detailed Pinellas County inspection process. Don, the owner, stayed actively involved and checked in frequently. The quality of their workmanship is top-notch, and we’re extremely pleased with the results. From first contact, to after roof was finished RAVASA Roofing and Construction was professional, informative and thorough.   There were “no surprises” to the initial estimate.  I was aptly prepared by them for several scenarios. All my questions were answered PROMPTLY prior to the start of the job and also AFTERWARDS. Ravasa did an awesome job converting our 3rd bay garage into a bonus space. You assured us we could keep the outside looking like a garage for the HOA and give us the space we wanted. We were impressed how quickly the crews worked to get the job done. The communication alone the way was appreciated, we were never left guessing when when workers were going to show up. RAVASA did an exterior wall replacement, replacing 7 windows and a door. They also installed new tile floors, a kitchen backsplash, and a mini split AC unit. The Ravasa team did amazing on my bathroom and accessibility remodel. They thought of every detail and treated my home as if it was their own. The craftsmanship that went into the tle was exceptional. Every person who has seen our new bathroom wants to get theirs done now. The crew respected my home and kept it clean. I didn’t even have to clean up after they were done, I’ve never experienced that with any sort of contractors. I can highly recommend them and I would not trust anyone else to do anything in my Home. I’ve included a few photos of the shower. Project was not completely finished in photos.
